Area of Practice & Background

Nicole is an associate practicing in the area of Civil Litigation. Her practice focuses on breach of contract and breach of trust claims, family law, employment law, and wills and estates law. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and strategic solutions that meet the individual needs of her clients in a cost-effective manner.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University’s Law and Society Program where she graduated Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law.

While in law school, Nicole was a Teaching Assistant for a first-year criminal law class. Nicole also worked as a Family Law Caseworker at Community Legal Aid and was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada – The Family Law Project, where she assisted unrepresented parties with legal drafting and navigation of the court system. Nicole has also completed her Self-Represented Litigants & Access to Justice training.

Nicole is very passionate about charity and giving back. As President of the Jewish Student’s Association during her time at the University of Windsor, Nicole organized various events and donated the proceeds to causes such as Save a Child’s Heart and One Family Fund. Nicole has also conducted various public legal education presentations to low-income individuals and an indigenous community in the Windsor-Essex area. Nicole used her love for writing and volunteerism to write informative blogs and run social media accounts for the Family Law Coach, which provided legal information on various family law topics.

In her spare time, Nicole loves to hang out with her family and friends, watch Netflix, and lead an active lifestyle by training at the gym or practicing yoga.
